Return / Refund Policy

Any product purchased from our website has 1-week replacement guarantee provided the product is in fine condition. Our team will assess once we get back the product and after in-depth analysis, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded in 10-15 working days. In case if the product is defective, customer needs to intimate us via email within 24hrs of receiving the product along with the images of the product.

In case if return is executed then customer needs to send everything back i.e. bills, slips, box, product, accessories, packing, note, letter etc. Any return damaged, tampered or non-compliant with our policies will not be entertained at any cost.

Any item washed or prone to acid or any kind of liquid material or humid air will not be included in return policy.

Q1 How money refund is facilitated?

Ans: The money paid by the customer will be refunded in the source account. The amount paid as shipping charges is non-refundable.

Q2 How returns will be initiated?

Ans: Delivery executive will reach our customer for only once and that too at pre-decided address and time. If return is not initiated at that moment, it won’t happen again or customer will have to bear charges of return.

Q3. Is refund and return policy valid for international orders?

Ans: Refund/return policies are only for domestic orders and no international order will be included in refund or return policy.

Q4. Is bulk order refundable?

Ans: Only if the some product is defective then it is refundable otherwise no returns.
